Tatiana Zamir & Sugar Heal presents Joyful Black Mamas
Joyful Black Mamas (JBM) is a community-driven healing arts initiative devoted to nurturing Black mothers through holistic wellness, movement therapy, and trauma-informed care. Guided by movement therapist Tatiana Zamir, the program weaves ancestral healing traditions and somatic practices. Through a layered healing experience rooted in movement, community care, and wellness circles, JBM supports Black mothers in releasing stress, reclaiming embodied joy, and strengthening intuitive wisdom in birthing and parenting. By confronting systemic inequities in Black maternal and infant health, JBM cultivates a movement where Black women are seen, cherished, and supported on their path of motherhood.
