Tatiana Zamir & Sugar Heal presents Joyful Black Mamas
Joyful Black Mamas (JBM) is a community-driven healing arts initiative devoted to nurturing Black mothers through holistic wellness, movement therapy, and trauma-informed care. Guided by movement therapist Tatiana Zamir, this program weaves ancestral healing traditions and somatic practices. Through interactive wellness circles, JBM offers Black mothers tools and experiences that relieve stress, embody joy, and deepen their intuitive wisdom in birthing and parenting. By confronting systemic inequities in Black maternal and infant health, JBM cultivates a movement where Black women are seen, cherished, and supported on their path to thriving motherhood.
