In this film, Tatiana Zamir travels through the multidimensions of time and space to explore the evolution of the soul. Accessing memory to arrive at her origins, Zamir breaks open a birth story shaped by trauma that her multidisciplinary practice works to deconstruct, recreate and heal from. Dreams of Waking is a meditation, a kind of rebirth grounded in tenderness, love, and liberation.

Moonlight Reflections Tatiana Zamir’s experience as a choreographer, producer and storyteller led to her 2012 dance theater show Moonlight Reflections, an enthusiastically received excavation of trauma and resilience based on her life experiences. This show interweaved autobiographical solos using movement and spoken word, group choreography, and talented live musicians. After selling out one weekend at the Electric Lodge in Venice, CA, Moonlight Reflections presented an encore show at the Barnsdall Gallery Theater in Los Angeles.

In My Skin was produced by Tatiana Zamir and included her choreography among other artists, presented at Los Angeles’s historic Barnsdall Gallery Theater in 2018.
Noble Am I Noble Am I explores various ways in which black women are impacted by Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome and illustrates the healing power of sisterhood, support and perseverance. This piece is heavily inspired by the important work of Dr.Joy DeGruy. Tatiana choreographed Noble Am I for her senior project while studying at UCLA. Itwas also performed at the 2006 WAC SMASH concert and was later developed for her first production Moonlight Reflections.
