Coronavirus Message

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

We all need healing for our bodies. We’re developing a new understanding of what that actually means, not just as individuals but as a collective whole. And a huge part of this retreat is centered around understanding new ways of caring for each other, which is really needed right now.

One of the beautiful things that has emerged from this situation is an increased value in women’s work. Healing, caring, flexibility, providing space and creative solutions are aspects of the feminine, and we can more clearly perceive how old ways simply don’t have the capacity to allow our communities to thrive.

Between a U.S. president who originally called this virus a hoax and a healthcare system that is not equipped for a health crisis on any scale, it is clear that we must have more agency around our collective well being.

Our Heal Her Retreats integrate ancient medicine while offering new ways of thinking about health, wellness, community and creating new structures to support us moving forward. This specific retreat will allow us to heal from various ways we were treated and impacted by this virus.

Fortunately Grenada has a small percentage of coronavirus cases and they are doing their best to keep it that way. We are also taking precautions to protect the safety of our participants and others we could impact.

My hunch is that after months of social distancing, rampant fear and anxiety, this retreat will be right on time!

In the unlikely event I got it all wrong and I'm forced to reschedule the retreat, know that your payment will be transferred to the new retreat dates or you’ll receive a full refund.

I'm really looking forward to being with you all. I know we will laugh, cry and connect deeply with a wonderful group of powerful women ready to support and uplift each other.

We will also take this opportunity to not only reflect on our personal experiences, but to dream, imagine and take action towards building a new world.
