I learned what helps me most on my healing journey — intentional movement and safe, beautiful, joyful spaces to practice stillness, reflection, and a community of people who shower me with love and support. - Alex Findley
The experience was so authentic and vulnerable. An automatic safe space was created which allowed us to learn life lessons and heal together. - Majella
I really appreciated the balance between the physical practice and healing workshops, which were all held with such skill and wisdom.
The container that was created felt very intentional and wise, which allowed me to go really deep within. - Patricia Torres
The entire experience feels like a really good dream. The food, the ocean, the group outings. I’m glad I experienced this with a friend so I can ask her later, this was real right? - Rufiena
I love how Tatiana acknowledged the culture, involved the locals and implemented ways to give back to the community.
I left feeling inspired by every woman at the retreat.
This was a powerful experience which exceeded my expectations and I will forever be grateful.
